I tried emailing them yesterday but haven't heard anything back (using the email on their website). So I phoned them today and spoke with some woman. Well I ran into a slight problem. She said that they don't sell straight carnitine (I wanted to buy 1kg of ALCAR Arginate). She said they do sell the pescription drug "Carnator" (or something similar sounding) which contains carnitine...
I told her that some friends of mine had ordered straight ALCAR from them before no problemo, but she was clueless... so can someone point me to the right person to talk to b/c this lady was obviously had no idea what I was talking about and doesn't think they sell 1kg quantities of ALCAR-Arginate.
