Vegan, 20 year old regimen (Help requested)

As a bit of a back story I was overweight during my adolescence and a junk food vegan from about 15-19. I still don't eat meat but have replaced french fries and soy burgers with lots of nuts, fruits and exercise. I take supplements with gelatin capsules and an Omega-3 supplement however. I believe I suffered from a magensium deficiency and pernicious anemia for a time.

I take a lot of supplements actually, and would like some input on what to add, what to remove, any contraindications or synergistic effects, et cetera.

Illicit drug use includes extensive marijuana usage in the past, and the occasional use of Adderall XR 20-30mg, which I do not have a prescription for but has numerous advantageous effects for me. A handful of experiences with ativan and xanax. Alcohol is like pouring gasoline on my nerves.

5-HTP (Post adderall use)
Centrum Multi-Vitamin (Under-50)
Astaxanthin

Purchased and am awaiting aniracetam, vinpocetine and L-theanine.

Occasional Ach headaches, and SJW+Adderall= Serotonin syndrome, but other than those two things, and the long term liver damage I am probably doing, any input would be welcomed.
