You still have the cannabinoid system and if am right anandamide which activates CB1 receptors are the core mediators in anxiety. They work the best at decreasing anxiety, so why have GABA? Just take an FAAH inhibitor and you will be good. I also wanna point out, GABA-A is inhibitory but GABA-B isn't, so you wanna decrease A but increase B, but I could be wrong because I remember reading somewhere GABA-B antagonism increases dopamine somehow.
