I take a lot of supplements/nootropics, so I decided to have some blood work done to check everything. Things are looking alright, but a few results are out of range. Here are the results that are a bit off (I added some extra results for context):
Bilirubin, Direct 0.21 (0.03 - 0.18) mg/dl
RBC 4.5 (4.7 - 6) 10^6/uL
MCH 31.4 (27 - 31) pg
Eosinophils % 0.23 (0.7 - 8.1) %
Uric Acid 10.3 (4.3 - 7.7) mg/dl
Glucose Fasting 29 (70 - 105) mg/dl
Vitamin B12 983 (239 - 931) pg/ml
Urine Ketone 15 (Negative) mg/dL
Hematocrit 42 (42 - 52) %
Extra:
Bilirubin, Total 0.7 (0.3 - 1) mg/dl
WBC 5.1 (4 - 10.5) 10^3/uL
Hemoglobin 14.1 (13.5 - 18) g/dL
MCHC 33.2 (32 - 36) g/dL
Platelet 153 (150 - 450) 10^3/uL
Iron 70 (50 - 212) ug/dl
Magnesium 1.9 (1.8 - 2.8) mg/dL
Vitamin D-25 OH 64.9 (30 - 100) ng/mL
What does this mean? Any ideas what supplements/interactions could be causing these "off" results? What can I do to get them all in range?
Here are the supplements I take:
2/6 Ortho-Core
1.5g Krill Oil
1g Acetyl-L-Carnitine Arginate
150mg Milk Thistle (30:1, 80%)
3g Piracetam
200mg Pramiracetam (not everyday)
2g Lion's Mane Mushroom (50% poly)
40mg Noopept (not everyday)
2g Magnesium L-Threonate
10mg PQQ
130mg Forskolin (20%)
750mg Aniracetam (not everyday)
4mg Astaxanthin
90mcg MK-7
5000IU Vitamin D-3
500mg Calcium-AEP
250mg CDP-Choline
60mg OptiZinc
3g PureWay-C (vitamin C)
3g Niacin
I'm also wondering if there's anything else I should be taking to balance out the high dose of Niacin and Vitamin C, and if you think my vitamin D levels are too high.
Thanks!
