Hi all,

Been using nootropics for years and they have improved the quality of my life pretty dramatically.

Right now my Mon-Friday stack is:

Focus XT + 1.6g Piracetam + 500MG TMG

Will soon be trying out:

Focus XT (caffeine free) + 1.6 Piracetam + 500MG TMG + 10MG Noopept

I find my motivation takes a crash by Saturday evening, however I do like to cycle off on the weekends to keep myself from building up a tolerance to the supplement boosts. By Tuesday morning I am back in full effect and dominating.

So I've been playing around with the concept of a "weekend stack," goals being to keep motivation high and also help with social interactions (increase speech abilities and reduce anxiety, increase physical energy/enthusiasm). My theory is that by using a different set of nootropics for only the two days, and use different pathways, I can get myself a boost without building up tolerance. My candidates will also not need a "loading phase" either, so would take immediate effect.

So candidates I am looking to try out:

Phenylalanine (DLPA)
Phenibut
Picamilion
Phenylethylamine (PEA)
Centrophenoxine
Idebenone
Sulbutiamine
L-Tryptophan
Carnosine

I don't see much motivators though in any of these ingredients, perhaps with exception of Picamilion. Another idea is perhaps to move the Noopept to weekend but that seems like it needs some loading.

Anyone used this concept before?

It does the same thing as sam-E (improves mood, helps joints) but is much cheaper:
