What advice can be given for dandruff/acne on face

I need topicals and orals. The acne is sporadic, meaning random and not severe. The dandruff on the nasal area and eyebrows.

Sounds like you have seborrheic dermatitis. Benzoyl peroxide and retinoids will probably both be negatives for it, but here are some treatment options. The occasional acne is a different problem.

Fasting may be useful for many skin problems, including acne. It upregulates hormones/growthfactors that are needed in skin repair and reduces inflammation. In addition, if your acne is affected by diet (for example whey protein causes acne for some), fasting eliminates the causative agent for awhile.
