Consider that horses are very large and complex mammals. I wonder if it could be possible to have something similar to X-Prize being offered for the fastest genetically-engineered racehorse, or the most endurant, or even the strongest. Or perhaps even for other animals like cows/bulls, dogs, cats, fish, whatever.
