I have recently stopped taking anti-depressants and trying to quit caffeine.
I have been looking into supplements to help with focus, concentration, motivation and a bit of stimulation.
I have ordered DMAE, PABA, PHOSPHATIDYL CHOLINE and already have some homeopathic SAM-E
heres my proposed stack
DMAE: 300mg
PHOSPHATIDYL CHOLINE: 420mg
PABA: ??
Sam-e: 6times homeopathic 3 pills
And I want to either add some 5-htp to this or replace the sam-e with 5-htp later on
Anyone with any idea of PABA dosage or the other doses also???
Anyone know anything else that could potentiate the dmae or help synergize things better???
