Smokeing soon for the last time, I have quit before for almost a year but started again due to weight gain, this time I am prepared to prevent that.

9g of fish oil a day helped a lot, I think this time I will also use time release niacinamide or gradually increase with niacin to avoid flushing.

Any other supps I can take?

The 1st 3 days are hard but the months and months after being on the lowest patch and nicotine free are tougher for me, ex smokers are meant to hate the smell but I could not get enough of it, even as a child I enjoyed the smell of cigarette smoke, that played a role in me starting again.

I may stay permanently on the patch but would rather not.

I wish I could find the sweet smell of tobacco smoke repulsive.

Wellbutrin - kills the cravings and battles the weight gain. Unfortunately, I also found it to be rather on the anxiogenic side.
