Is armodafinil unregulated?

It's not listed as a scheduled drug in the US. I understand modafinil is regulated and listed as a schedule IV, but armodafinil is not found.

Never mind, armodafinil is schedule four. The official gov site hasn't updated their list.

It's safe to assume that any enantiomerically purified drug is in the same class as its stereoisomer, if the new drug was the more active of the two enantiomers. For instance, amphetamine is Schedule II, so dextroamphetamine is also Schedule II even though it's not specifically scheduled.
