Firstly, have you completed the registration, including

-- have you registered with a valid email address* and activated your registration through that address? 

-- have you completed the 'challenge question' and the 'puzzle challenge' on registration? 

 

Are you using the same password and user nickname with the exact same spelling? 

 

If for some reason you still cannot log in, please email support@longecity.org using the same email address that you used for your account and provide the following details:

 

-- account nickname

-- error message(s) that you encounter (screenshot would be useful)

-- details regarding your browser esp.for mobile devices

-- if you are using a linked account (facebook, twitter or google)

I have not had a problem until today. THe top of the screen does not have any log in information or my name. I am not able to deterimine if I have any messages etc. Wonder why>>>
