So I have been reading up on K2, and its benefits, and how the K2 we convert from K1 is poorly absorbed.
What I cant comprehend is if we need it why it is so hard to get from the diet.
Fermented soy beans, Foie Gras. These are probably the most unnatural foods you could eat. (apart from processed foods which dont count and dont have anything unique for our diet except trans fats I suppose)
Yes it exists in Egg yolks and dairy but in such small amounts you would probably get more from the K1 in a paleo diet.
The mind boggles.
