Supplements are quiet expensive and I already pay 20 Euros/month for Nootropil (which I take on and off) and never could find a Alpha-GPC or CPD-Choline here that was affordable in the long run, so I used cheap Lecithin/Vit B pills.

In the past I used to take

Vitango (200mg Rodelia)
Nootropil
Lecithin+Vitamin B pills

So I found a very cheap Lecithin Pill, that also has Rodelia and B12, B6 and B1 in it. Its really cheap with 4 euros for 30 pills.

do you think there is any downside to using this? Might the quality be not as good?

Also wonder if there really is any difference to taking Lecithin compared to CDP-Choline? I found one source of CDP-Choline available here (http://www.trommsdor...ie/ceraxon.html), but they are really very expansive.

thanks!
