Women were only ever treated unequally because they were weaker then men and could not stand up for themselves because if they did they would get beaten or some shit. There should be a genetic therapy or a drug developed whereby it decreases the levels of myostatin in the average women to a level in which they have the strength of men.

Myostatin is a secreted growth differentiation factor that is a member of the TGF beta protein family that inhibits muscle differentiation and growth. Myostatin is produced primarily in skeletal muscle cells, circulates in the blood and acts on muscle tissue, by binding a cell-boundreceptor called the activin type II receptor.[2][3]
Animals lacking myostatin or animals treated with substances such as follistatin that block the binding of myostatin to its receptor have significantly larger muscles.

I'm not saying inhibit it to a level where we have she hulks walking around everywhere. I'm just saying that the average woman should get a type of myostatin inhibitor therapy to a level in which they are as strong as the average man.
This way women will still have their femenine features since they aren't taking androgenizing compounds. They will just be stronger.

These therapies will be highly regulated and will be illegal for normal possession if it's a drug. If it is a genetic therapy men will not be allowed to have it done to them unless they are a pro bodybuilder.

Sporting women have the practice from a long time to get male hormones to grow muscle mass. Furthermore there are women culturists, who grow muscles like a man by training. What is the difference if the women take exactly the growth differentiation factor? Except that women with muscles is ugly.

You misunderstand what I mean. The reason why women with muscles are ugly is because they take androgenizing(masculinising) hormones. This lowers their bodyfat and increases their muscles. They lose their womanly curves, their voice grows deeper, jawline gets stronger etc.

Woman can get as strong as men without androgenizing hormones but it takes many years of hard training. It is unreasonable for most women to do that. Also training results with weights that natural women do has SO much more diminishing returns then the training results men have. I have a female friend who has weightlifted for 2.5 years. She can deadlift 250lbs 5 times........I could do that and a tiny bit more naturally without any training right when I started weightlifting.

With this myostatin reduction therapy it will only increase muscles. Nothing else. They would still have the same level of bodyfat as the average woman. They will still have womanly curves etc.

I'm talking about Wonder woman level of musculature, not a female bodybuilder.

The first type body women acheive with aerobics exercises. I do not think, that females will prefer to play with hormones to achieve the same result. Plus sporting is healthier.

Problem is... you are skirting the complex causes behind gender inequalities. Strength is a very small part of it. Men don't always abuse women just because they are weaker than them. It goes much deeper than that. A strong armed woman can be abused just as well as a weak armed woman. Differences in wages between men and women are a deeply ingrained cultural and economic issue. Should we also prevent women from having children and start raising children in incubators? Erase the vagina and cock, turn us all into eunuchs?

Young boys and girls grow up surrounded by forces that encourage their genderized development. Men get war toys; women get dolls. Men who seek out lots of pussy are held up by their peers, while women who seek out lots of cock get called names.

It is a horrendously complicated issue that could never be solved in the way that you are proposing.

How are women worse off than men? It's the other way around. First make men live as long as women, then make custody/alimony/etc laws fair to men, then we'll talk.

Women will never give up their legal advantages, so men will never be their equals.

There are also innate differences between the sexes.

I disagree, I met a woman who was a competitive body builder. I thought she was very sexy. Though bear in mind she didn't have a ton of muscle and didn't take it to the extreme, but she was sculpted to the point where there wasn't a drop of far on her body anywhere but where it should be. Her mother was also a competitive BB and for her age looked wonderful, there wouldn't be one angle of her where her silhouette wasn't have been that of an 18 year old. Obviously we haven't figured out how to escape aging completely and everyone will show some tell tale sign of their true age until that time comes, but she's shown that working out can certainly maintain youthful form. She definitely had dedication, though I suppose it helps that she owns a gym.

These are the first good examples of female body builders who do lots of weight training the way men do and look more like Wonder Woman (WW) than the bulky body builder. Most women actually look better than WW IMO and we should stop propagating the women+muscle=woeMan. There really isn't anything wrong with good definition on a woman and I think it's more natural for women to have that kind of muscle and I'm actually more partial to the defined look. I'm still looking for pics of the competition BB I met...

Opening pic, which pic of her looks better? Beach or Bodybuilder? At the end she's doing some pretty big squats for a girl and hasn't added any significant bulk. Is she 18 or 31 on the right side?

Lean gains seems to give pretty good advice for women, though the girl in the third video comes out with the best form.
