Hi there,

I used to have a pretty comprehensive nootropic stack before starting on Vyvanse. It was as follows:

Piracetam
Oxiracetam
Noopept
Centrophenoxine
Sulbutiamine (cycled)
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Triglyceride Fish Oil
Daily Multivitamin

Also was on prescription Wellbutrin XL 150mg (brand name) for depression.

I did feel smarter and more motivated for quite a while on this stack. However, school became significantly more difficult, and with that stack, I felt that I wasn't able to focus properly. I started on Vyvanse 50mg daily, and it definitely has made a dramatic improvement for me. I feel like I'm not as creative and don't have that "edge" like I used to when I took racetams.

I have read quite a few threads on here and other sites regarding the potential dangers of racetam use with amphetamines. I interpreted this as racetams being an NMDA agonist (?), and thus could in theory cause neurotoxicity. That's not what I was worried about. I am way more worried about TOLERANCE to Vyvanse, since I rely heavily on it!

I was wondering if anything besides piracetam, oxiracetam, noopept, and sulbutiamine can be added back in that I'm already not on, or other good suggestions. Here is my current stack:

Vyvanse 50mg
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Acetyl L-Carnitine Arginate
Uridine 5'-Monophosphate taken sublingually daily
Magnesium L-Threonate at night
N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine at night
Triglyceride Fish Oil
Daily Multivitamin

I read good things about CDP-Choline, and was wondering if that's something that I can use alongside Vyvanse without any issues. The same goes with Centrophenoxine. During the summer I'll take a long break from Vyvanse so I will probably go very heavy with the racetams and sulbutiamine during that period. I read somewhere though that the effects of piracetam pretty much stay in your brain for a while. If that's the case, can this produce any tolerance issues for Vyvanse even if it's discontinued before going back on the stimulants? Thanks so much for the help!!!
