I was wondering, how am I creating a pinned topic?
I don't want to do it now, I have no reason, just for general education...
I mean I've seen few whom are not leaders that have started pinned topics, did they ask from a leader...? Or is it a bare path that I missed? [huh]

a Navigator or other member of leadership must do it. If you think something should be pinned ask one of us and if we agree with you, we'll pin it.
