So to those that have not read my posts, I have been struggling with depersonalization. I've taken the task of getting to decipher my body's imbalances and have found various key findings. I had an amino acid blood profile and I'm deficient in L-Threonine and Serine. I've also had a heavy metal test and I have an overload of Mercury. My best guess is to chelate and supplement what's deficient. All I wanted to ask is how to interpret this. What systems are disrupted and what could be happening to my body? I'm also seeing a Neurologist and still waiting results on an MRI and an EEG. I previously had an EEG done in Mexico and it came out that I had abnormal spikes in the right posterior anterior temporal lobe ( whatever that means) , I also suspect I have HPPD . I'll insist on checking for Lyme disease and any other antigens on my next neurologist appointment .

did you get your tests both done by your regular doctor or you had to see specialists in both tests ? just curious if the regular doctor can perform all the tests you ask for without needed extra payments for various specialists.

technically you need a Doctor's referral for any of these tests but when you order online through various websites a doctor you never meet approves the whole shabang. I payed out of pocket for both tests but I think they are refundable by some PPO insurances since they are a medical procedure (with official CPT codes). Ill refrain from posting the websites where I ordered the tests because I dont know if it goes against board rules but PM me and Ill gladly point you in the right direction.
