Hi Everyone,
I have a few questions regarding Piracetam and attack dose's.
I'm just about to begin taking Piracetam + Choline Bitartrate and I have heard from many sources on this forum
and from all over the web that taking an "attack dose" is the best way to go about introducing oneself to
piracetam and achieve the best results, and I'm hoping you can all help me clear up some things.
1) I have heard 4+ Grams of Piracetam x2/3 times daily is a good attack dose, I was wondering how
long should i keep up with an attack dose before scaling it down to a lower amount, say 1600mg x2 daily.
2) I have heard fishoil is a good / better substitute than choline, whats the public consensus on this, what are your
personal experiences regarding this?
If you could give me some advice / tell me how you did it, what you would recommend in retrospect etc,
maybe something like:
Day 1-10: Attack Dose (e.g 4.8x2)
Day 10-20: Lesser Attack Dose (e.g) 3.2x2)
Day 20+: Maintenance Dose (e.g 1.6x2/3)
(This is just an example, however you structured it is fine)
Or whatever you find most advantageous.
I'm starting high level science course soon and I'm really relishing the chance to improve
my focus, efficiency and overall learning this year.
I also I only have a relitively low amount (800mg x 120) of pills until my next payday, so I want get the
most out of what I have until I next get payed and can buy Piracetam Powder + Capsule Maker + Pills.
Any help would be much appreciated, cheers!
