I would like your opinion on dosages!

I am going to mix a support matrix to enhance the effects of other nootropics.

Dosages in amount per day.

I'd take

2000mg Choline Bitartrate
2000mg Inositol
3200mg Tyrosine

800?mg N-Acetyl Tyrosine
600?mg DMAE
600?mg ALCAR

other
14g Glutamine
8g Creatine Monohydrate
1g Glutamate
..

Not considering nutrients like vitamins, fatty acids etc.

2000mg choline with DMAE and ALCAR? sounds like a bit too much to me.
if you take L tyrosine don't take NALT as it can cause rapid cross tolerance, also 800mg of NALT is already enough to make you excited.

Hi renfr,

thanks for your reply.

As it says above, note that this are amounts per day. So taken twice a day it's half the amount.

What dosages on ALCAR and DMAE would you suggest?

Lately I even take a lot more of the Choline.

Creatine is not a strong nootropic, unless you are working out you ae wasting your money. You should consider investing in some racetams to compliment your stack, without the racetams, your stack just doesn't seem complete.

Since I am working out, I'm not apart from creatine beeing cheap.

I agree, that above nootropics would be ineffective without racetams, thats why its called "support matrix".
