Wikipedia sometimes is good, pubmed often gives answers too but as im currently going trough wikipedia trough a list of typical antipsychotics i often see empty pages, as im looking for ap's with differened binding profiles id like to have a good source for that information.
Im interested in how antipsychotics modulate amphetamine, especially the impulsive choice making or motivation, D1 or other ligands have interesting effects in rodents.
Another example is that i want to avoid antipsychotic induced ocd occuring in people developping it during childhood, in others 5HT2A antagonism added to srri's actually helps, for those its the cause (altough selective sero ligands dont have this and haloperidol barely.
Basicly my ADHD and OCD still arent fully stabilised and was looking into augmentation.
Cheers, ocd made me obsessed about meds again but im also looking to get something balanced, so the right motivation with the right intrests ends right, i got knowledge wich i can only help you guys with now i could do more.
