Greetings fellow aussies. This is my first topic/post on Longecity :0

Lately I have resumed my research for methods of healthier living which has led me here and to the world of nootropics which i am finding very Interesting.

I'm looking for a nutrient counter similar to the CRON-O-Meter but with an Australian foods/suppliments database.

If anyone could offer up any links or advice I would appreciate it. Thanks

I personally use myfitnesspal as they seem to have a better variety of Aussie products and more accurate values (when I compared the two a couple months back) & it's super simple to add products into the database yourself if what you're looking for isn't there.

There's also www.calorieking.com.au which seems decent enough but I have never used them.
