Please Look at My Regime

Please look at my regime and possibly suggest what I could add or subtract to improve it; thanks.

Male 37yrs
187lbs
5' 10"

Lacto ova Vegetarian

Purpose of regime is to help with studying, learning and helping to protect the brain from age related decline.

Supplemants I take:

On rising approx 60mg Methylyne Blue

With Breakfast:

1 x LEF 2 a day Multi Vit & Min
1g Vegan Omega 3 EPA/DHA
25mg Noopept (EPIQ)

With Lunch:

Repeated as at breakfast

Before bed:

144mg (1 serving) LEF Magnesium L threonoate
5g Creatine
5mg Lithium Orotate

Will add 500 - 1000mg ALCAR.
Will stop Noopept when bottle has finished

First, to get this out of the way, the "Supplements / Regimens" subforum is hardly ever very active. Considering that you're talking about a stack for nervous system health, this would really belong in "Brain Health / Nootropic Stacks" or even just "Brain Health".

Anyway, the idea to add ALCAR is good. You could also add a choline source like CDP-choline, centrophenoxine, or Alpha-GPC. You could add any racetam you like, either before or after stopping the Noopept.

Can I ask why you want to stop the Noopept? Is it not working well?

Oh, sorry to hear that. It's somewhat of a crapshoot whether or not Noopept will work for any individual.

Anyway, I'd suggest you order a choline source and also piracetam, and start taking those together with your existing stack. Piracetam needs to be taken 3, perhaps even 4 times per day to work well, and most people take anywhere from 1 to 4 grams per dose.

A choline source I would suggest would be Alpha GPC, b5 is important in Acetylcholine synthesis.

Lithium Orotate has no evidence and I wouldn't use it.
