When requesting wellness from your diety consider looking to your diet. Y? because it works.

(at least part of the time, on some things, during the 20th century AD, preferably the reader lives at a time when all this has been completely replaced with universal autofunctional personal immortality)

I think you lost me, but the word diety contains the words die and ty and a few anagrams which could have various interpretations considering shorthand communications methods.

I understand that stress reduces longevity, but I'm not sure I'm seeing the genius of the statement. Does it have something to do with the crown?

Its the kind of thing where there is an audio note or an image of technology notes describing how linking a molecule like melatonin to deprenyl causes accumulation of a cytopreservative to a known longevity chemical could strongly increase lifespan to accumulate or localize at a particular physiological area.

Similarly improved versions of things like metformin are described, like I read part of a paper that suggested the brain actually metabolizes lactic acid rather than glucose, thus are there molecular variants (enantiomers) of lactic acid that are brain food absent glycemic response.

There are hundreds of voice files as well as imaged notes. part of the idea is that as I have noticed search engines find youtube audio putting up a link here to numerous notes may benefit people. I urge transhumanists, longevists, immortalists as well as researchers, as well as others just to copy all to backup the data.
