Right now apart from essential vitamins I am trying to get all my brain nutrients from food, these are:
Egg yolks (Phosphatidylcholine)
Gouda cheese (K2)
Fish oil or Fish (Omega 3)
Chicken hearts or Atlantic Mackeral (Phosphatidylserine)
Blueberries (anti oxidants)
Green Tea (Caffeine with L-theanine)
After eating Gouda cheese I notice a change in my cognitive function does any1 else notice that? I seem more focused.
