I am taking the following nootropics:

2 capsules of Ortho Mind
6 capsules o SMI2LE Piracetam/Alpha GPC - 625mg/50mg (attack dose will be reduced to 3 or 4 capsules)

My question is if I need an additional Choline supplement for Piracetam and if so, which one?

Thank you,
Alex

Alpha GPC is about 50% of choline with good bioavailability, if you feel headache then you should add some extra choline.

But I never have headaches with or without Nootropics. That would not really eb an indicator for me.

Would you supplement more choline at this level without symptoms?

We all work in a different way. I know that when I take Piracetam and don't supplement choline I get a slight headache, and I never had them before. It seems to me that for my 3x1gr a day of piracetam I need to take 500mg Alpha GPC and about 10 gr of pure Lecithine (don't have better source of choline at hand right now).
