A huge bravo MacD for the quality of such a test. I would wait for a few weeks to remove the verucas, in case c60 ever do something on it. After a few weeks too I would post again the same images as you have uploaded, but updated of course. Of course this is your body, your experiment, your information: do what you think is right.

Some of your remarks indeed sound like ephedrine; ephedrine leads to increased alertness by brain vasoconstriction leading to more flow to neurons but also a increased risk of stroke during the treatment (especially at high ages rather than yours; a matter of dose also of course) - apart from your experiment such alertness could be checked in some other person/patient or animal and a measure of brain vasoconstriction/blood flow could be done to see if this is what happens or if the brain simply gets better energy via another process.

It would be interesting to measure your hearing to see if it improves. I noticed an improvement at high frequencies, but unfortunately I didn't measure it beforehand. Here's a site where you can measure it yourself--

I'll want to test this out. I just had my eyes tested and my next physical is coming this October...

Quick Update -

I have been very busy at work and home and not been able to to do some repeat tests. I will do so in the next couple of weeks.

So far though some positive results. My skin seems a shade darker and general health is really nice. Had a few chest pains in the first 3 days but this seems to have gone. My vision seems a bit sharper, and most noticably, my dreams are much more intense and vivid. In general i am calmer and my stress levels seem to be alot lower.

Disapointingly, i havnt been exercising very much due to life pressures, so i am unable to comment on endurance levels etc.

Placebo or not, these are the effects i have been experiencing. No noticable change to hair in general or scars.

Still going to update, I have just been very very busy in life.

Today I got extremely sunburnt on purpose and I want to see how fast my skin heals.

Overall, c60 has had positive effects for me.

Deeper sleeps and better clarity of thought are the biggest things I am experiencing.

Getting extremely sunburnt on purpose and clarity of thought strike me as being at odds.

It could be a matter of diligence. You should always test what you hear to make sure you're not being mislead.

I heard sticking my finger in a light socket was a bad idea...

LMAO

I didn't have to test that one, it tested me. I was reaching around some furniture to reach a plug and the UPS was only half plugged in so my finger made it across the + and - on the plug... my whole arm hurt for a week!

His test is also to our benefit.

A little bit of pain is not going to kill me :)

Knowing my skin and body I would suggest that 3 days after getting sunburnt from having almost zero base tan (my body hasnt been exposed to sunshine for approximately 12 months, it was quite light) to going very red and not using any sun lotion or after sun, my skin should be very sore now and starting to flake.

My chest skin is red and slightly uncomfortable, almost everywhere else is turning a nice brown. Minute amounts of flaking on my face.

I was exposed to sunshine for approximately 5 hours in temperature of about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This would normally be enough to fry my pale skin.

Totally unscientific testing. But for what its worth, I do believe my skin is healing faster than it normally would and I have suffered much less sun burning sensation and just about zero flaking.

Take from that what you will.

Now to try the light socket..........

Pain, DNA damage, increased risk of developing melanoma. Good luck with the socket!

8 days after i got heavily sunburnt i am completely healed. I have slight flaking across my torso, but all sign of redness has gone and i am left with nothing but slightly browned skin.

My family are still red raw.

100% convinced that c60oo has healed me quicker than everybody else. In actual fact, i am now amazed.

Awesome! Now we just have to hope that C60 benefits the entire cell and doesn't keep them alive if they aren't healthy.

8 days later an you amazed you are already healed from a sun burn? I am not really getting what is so amazing about that to be honest unless you were so severely sunburned that you crossed heavily into the 2nd degree burn area with blistering, etc.

For example: I did yard work Thursday before 4th of July activities and forgot to put sunscreen on. I had only planned on being out in the blistering Florida sun for an hour tops, I swear :) I ended up spending about 3 and a half hours in the mid day sun shirtless. My shoulders and back got burnt to the point of pain and discomfort from even putting on a soft cotton shirt later that evening. It is now Monday morning, 4 days later, and my back/shoulders are healed already. To me ...that seems 'normal' unless you were so severely sunburned that you probably should have went to the doctor, heh.

Updated 22nd July 2013 - (2 Months 11 days after first dose)

--CURRENT STATS--

C60oo Dosage : 1.5mg daily (recently switched to taking it at night time before bed rather than first thing in the morning)

Sex : Male
Age : 34
Height : 6 Foot 1 inch
Weight : 89 KG
Smoker : Not presently (although i have done occasionaly in the past @ ~2-5 per month)
Alcohol Drinker : Infrequent (average 3-5 pints of lager per month, occassional port drinker, 1-3 bottles per year)

Blood Pressure : 118/69 (Healthy, slightly in the lower range)

--DIET--

NO CHANGE

--BASELINE FITNESS (AND PLAQUE ON TEETH)--

Finish Time = 6 minutes 45 seconds

BPM before running = 95 BPM
BPM after running = 147 BPM
(at 1 mile i stopped, the machine gave me 5 seconds rest, then measured my BPM over 10 seconds, the result is the measurement after 15 seconds)
Chest / breathing - Breathing was easy
Perspiration - Low

My heartbeat returns to normal quicker and I believe that my recovery times are faster.

Plaque - No change.

--BASELINE HEARING, EYESIGHT, IQ TEST, MEMORY TEST, REACTION TIMES--

Hearing - http://www.audiochec...staudiogram.php
(Thanks Turnbuckle)
PC VOlume = 90
Result =
125 hz = 0 dBHL
250 hz = 10 dBHL
500 hz = 20 dBHL
1k hz = 20 dBHL
2k hz = 10 dBHL
4k hz = 10 dBHL
8k hz = 0 dBHL

8k hz is significantly easier to hear than previously, little other changes

Eyesight - No Change

IQ Test - No Change

Memory - No Change

Reaction Time - 225ms Slightly slower (it is very hot at the moment though)

--BASELINE OBSERVATIONS WITH PICTURES--

No noticable changes to what was mentioned previously

Conclusion after 2 months doseage - Hearing seems slightly better, recovery time after exercise seems slightly better, no noticeable negative effects, feel confident that skin heals faster after being sun burnt.

Notes - Chest was very tight for 2-3 days after first dose, skin felt slightly minty and tingly for 1-2 weeks after

Periods 1st Sep 2013 to 8th Sep 2013 did not take any c60.

Restarted again on the 9th at my usual 1.5mg daily. Experienced the same chest pains 1-2 days afterwards as i had experienced the first time i ever took c60.

Chest pains disappeared soon after, and i once again believe my clarity of thought has improved.

No idea if this is a placebo effect or not, but the effect is noticeable.

Quick update -

Been 2 months without any doseage.

Obtained some more and then took a 45mg doseage in one go (with the idea to repeat monthly).

Experienced the usual effects -

Better quality of sleep (dreams are more vivid).
Increased ability to concentrate.
Self awareness improvement.
Better base fitness at the gym.
Hearing seems better (could be that i find it easier to filter out noise)

No chest pains this time, but my joints seemed to ache a bit.

All these changes i would describe as slight.

Havnt performed any statistical tests to verify this time, could be placebo, but im doubtful of this as i now know what type of change within me c60 brings, and my experience is consistent with taking new doses.
