Not sure if this is in the right section- apologies if not- but I'm curious if anybody would have any insight on this.
I currently feel like the pressure in my brain is higher than normal. It feels weird- not the good kind of brain expansion, haha. There's no pain- I literally never get headaches for whatever reason- but it just feels like there's too much pressure in there. This was finals week, and I used amphetamines and rhodiola every day to get shit done and to lessen the weird anxiety I get during presentations... plus I got about 5-6 hours of sleep every night. I usually use amphetamines sparingly- just on test days- and I usually get about 8-8.5 hours of sleep every night.
I realize that I may have answered my own question, but I'm more interested in the mechanism and how I can modulate this problem "right now". I woke up very tired, and took more amphetamine and rhodiola to try to wake up- but I have a slight brain fog anyway. I'm generally very alert and can process information in near real-time- but I've had to go back and add words I forgot to type while typing this post and correct tenses and stuff. Not normal at all.
Sorry for the whining, heh.
