This is the third time Im sick as F&%K in the period of 2months. Either there is some crazy bacterial mutations out there or I just have a weak immunesystem. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG AND WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT!?
The flu, the cold and everything in between!

This one infection after another thing is a common scenario. People even die from it. A lot of flu deaths are from the secondary infections.

Monolaurin, a derivative of coconut oil, dissolves the protective lipid layer of some viruses and bacteria, preventing them from replicating -- it's effective against the flu virus but not the cold virus.
NAC has been shown to prevent replication of the flu virus in the respiratory tract -- in theory it should be helpful for any viral infection.

I've been using it for the past 6-7 months and even though virtually everybody I work with was sicker than a dog with colds and flu this past winter (some multiple times), I was the only one that never got sick. Of course I haven't been sick for at least 3 or 4 years but this past winter seemed exceptionally bad for everybody else.

Welcome to the treadmill, fogged. It sucks. The main problem is that the first infection inflames your upper respiratory system, which wrecks your mucosal barrier function. Even after the infection is cleared, the barrier function is still down. It takes 6-8 weeks for it to get back to normal. If you have any seasonal allergies, that only makes it worse. There might be a role for anti-inflammatories here, like an inhaled steroid, or even an oral steroid in bad cases. Other things to do would be to avoid sick people and wash your hands frequently. (use a moisturizer if needed) A HEPA air purifier might be helpful. I have one in my bedroom. You might want to look into allergy testing for typical inhaled things like pollen, mold, animal dander and dust mites. If you are allergic to anything, there are often steps you can take to avoid it, or you could use immunotherapy.

Yeah I think it is my respiratory system that's the problem. I have felt a slight discomfort in my upper lungs! Of course the days before I get sick again I feel that my throught get's sore. I am looking for a air-purifier but the good ones cost a fortune.
