Hey everyone, I am Tony and I am going for mechanical engineering and computer science in college.
GOALS:
I am looking for the best stack that will improve logical reasoning and math abilities.
Creativity ISN'T a must.
I DO want to minimize test anxiety
I DO want to improve motivation/focus to study (Not through caffeine, but some other source if possible)
I DO want increased memory recall and maximal neural growth.
Here is what you should know:
I have a capsule machine already.
I have an accurate to 0.001 g scale.
I have plenty of gelatin capsules as well.
I have taken piracetam with much success but I am looking for something with a slightly stronger... kick. I have mega dosed and regular dosed piracetam (0.7 g/day - 4.8 g/day)
I always have used choline bitartrate with a 1:1 ratio choline:racetam
I have a stack that I saw that MIGHT be good, but I want you guys to cut/replace anything that you don't think will really help. I have exactly $400 to spend and I need it to last for at least half a year if not a full year. Please tell me if you think anything is a "waste of time/money."
AGAIN This is not my original idea of a stack, it is from a website braintropicdotcom, but I can't post a direct link since I am under 10 posts. Tell me what you think, please.
DAILY
Multivitamin (standard dosage of one pill) - "helps with everything"
Fish Oil (total of 4g/day, a little on the high side, but I hear it really helps) - "helps with everything"
Choline Bitartrate (1:1 ratio with racetam. They recommend Alpha GPC, but almost everywhere I see people saying to just use bitartrate. Plus I already have 500 g of bitartrate so I'm going to finish that up first) - "essential for racetams"
L-Theanine (200 mg) - "improves/creates relaxed focus"
Lion's Mane Mushroom (~250 mg) - "for permanent changes in NGF"
Ashwagandha Powder (450-900 mg) - "for lowering stress"
PRAMIRACETAM (300-600 mg/daily split into two doses) - "the power player of the stack, strong memory booster"
NON-DAILY NOOTROPICS (Test/Study Targeted)
Oxiracetam (750-1500mg) - "for logical learning/math days"
Noopept (10-40 mg) - "extreme study focus for cram/test days"
Vinpocetine (10-20 mg) - "taken right before a test, quickening recall and deep thought"
NOOTROPICS I'M LEAVING OUT
Aniracetam (750-1500mg) - "for creative intense days" I just don't really need this for my field very much, and since my budget is tight, I would cut this first.
Caffeine (as needed) - "focus" eh, I don't need to buy caffeine pills, if I really need some caffeine I can take a pre-workout
If anyone has ANY replacement ideas/substitutions that they would think are better (even if it is more expensive) I'd rather pay for something that is more expensive and noticeably works rather than something that is working so subtly that I can't even notice it (i.e. like lion's mane mushroom, for instance).
Thanks so much for your help!
Tony Stark
