ok,so evidenly getting anywhere decent dose of calcium and magnesium in my stack just from orotate would mean I would go into dose so of orotate so high that is most probably very bad
I am checking all the forms and I found this Koact from swanson or LE
its some chelate,it says its superb for bones
is this good? I want only the dopest forms
