Database with recommended dosage supplements

Dear all,
I am dealing with two problems, leading back to the same root:
1: I have figured out what will be my own regimen, but I found a lot of confusing information regarding the ideal dosage of the supplements
2: I am planning on starting an online webshop selling dietary and herbal supplements, but I would like to inform people with a recommended dosage
Is there any place in this forum, where the recommended dosage of the most used supplements are being discussed?
Otherwise, wouldn't it an idea to start such a topic?
