Vasopressin is also known as antidiuretic hormone because it reduces the quantity of urine produced by the kidneys during sleep. Older individuals secrete less vasopressin, and therefore tend to wake up more often to urinate.

So my question is: are there supplements or foods which would increase vasopressin during sleep?
