Yes Accutane is definitely a 5ar inhibitor.

I was on accutane for 12 months and my libido was high as always. Had to masturbate at least daily to maintain sanity. Could have sex repeatedly until I actually consciously told myself to stop. That was my experience anyway.

Although accutane definitely drove my anxiety through the roof. Even after treatment. weird
