What is the link between the two? I've been searching and searching but I can't pinpoint a reason why hypoxic brain damage from chronic carbon monoxide poisoning can lead to the extreme fatigue that I have been experiencing everyday for months. Is hippocampus atrophy a possibility? If so, is this something that people with major depression and PTSD also experience (given that hippocampal atrophy/shrinkage is a contributing factor)?
