I have a bit high blood pressure.
I read here angiotensine inhibitors are good for stress and anxiety.
I am thinking in asking a dr to prescribe one but I heard once you start you have to continue.
Or maybe I should start exercise again, but I have an injure and not much discipline now.
Which angiotensine inhibitor would you recommend?
Thanks.

Which is better
candesartan a receptor antagonist
enalapril enzime inhibitor
or older beta blockers like propranolol or atenolol
Of course I have to see a doctor, but I would like to read experiences.

I love it but can´t tolerate too much.
