Is there anyway other supplementation that can be used to negate these undesired effects. Would something like L-Theanine help?

Sounds quite possible. Also you may try afobazole for the anxiety. I've personally never run into anxiety, and I like the other stimulant effects. But afobazole helped with initial anxiety on sunifiram.

L-Theanine definitely smoothens out Oxiracetam's edgy feeling; especially if you add a low dose of Aniracetam (300mg for me) too.

After becoming accustome to the minimal effects of oxiracetam I realise there is hardly a concern at all. Even trying large doses of L-theanine (2g) rendered no effect.
