My experience with http://smartpowders.com/:

A few months ago I placed an order for $ 250 at Smart Powders. The shipment got seized by customs and later returned to SP.

Upon contacting them, they first said they'd issue a refund but this never happened.
I tried contacting them many times but they never responded to any of my emails. This was almost two months ago.
Finally I got an email saying I would get a $ 200 voucher but this never happened either.
I've tried emailing them several times since but haven't heard from them in over a month.

I seriously recommend you all to avoid Smart Powders, IMO these people are unserious cheating hustlers. Other companies may be a bit pricier but at least you won't get scammed.

Scammed? I am so sorry you feel that way. I have been going back and forth with our Credit Card processing company to try to get this figured out. You placed an order. It got refused in customs. They sent it back to us FINALLY. Too much time has passed for me to refund the card. And you have declined a gift voucher for another order on the site. I would happily ship you another order and have told you so. Do you have paypal, we could paypal you the money for a return since we are unable to refund it on the card

Wow, FINALLY, after almost TWO MONTHS, I get my money back. I've sent over ten emails to Smart Powders and nothing but silence. First when their reputation is at stake they decide to issue the refund.

All that shit he's saying is nothing but lies, DO NOT BELIEVE a single word! He tried to scam me.

You can see the exact same kind of behavior here http://www.longecity...rvice-138-lost/ and here http://www.longecity...how-i-lost-330/ as well.

This guy is a fucking crook and if you want to be sure to not get scammed and want to be sure the supplements you consume are safe then I'd advice you to turn to someone else than Smart Powders.

I will put together all of our emails and paste them here if you would like. We are not trying to scam anyone. I am so sorry that you are angry and feel that we were. We couldn't refund you because of the amount of time that past before the packge was returned to us. I offered to reship the package for you FREE of charge and you didn't want to do that. So when you made the option to refund you via paypal, that was a viable way for us to do so. So we did. Below is our emails back and forth.

(orange is smartpowders...bold is your response)

Again. So sorry you feel like we Scammed you. Refund has been sent you via Paypal

Refund was processed thru our system, however because it had been so long it won't allow the refund to go thru. What I can do, is reship this order for you at no charge via a different carrier. Would that be fair?

Hi,

I'm sorry but I don't want to take the risk having the order seized again, and I've also bought most of the things on the list from other places instead. However if you'd be willing to stand the risk of the new order getting seized and if you'd allow me to change the things on the list then I'd gladly accept.

Like I said. I will give you the credit in a reship. You can pick whichever items you wish for the said credit.

Well as I said, that would be ok with me if you're willing to stand the risk in case it'd get seized. That's ok with you?

Standing the risk, if you mean that I would owe you a refund if it gets seized then I would be unable to do that.

Hi,

Apparently basically all shipments gets seized in the Swedish customs currently so I'd rather have a refund of 200 USD please.

--- REFUND HAS BEEN SENT VIA PAYPAL. by smartpowders

To me, it sounds to me like Smart Powders actually tried to work with you in a fair manner there.

I haven't ordered from Smart Powders yet but was planning to. The other day they had discounted individual protein drinks for 50 cents a piece so I went to order around 50 of them but the shipping was like $200 because they tried to charge shipping for each individual protein drink so I cancelled that.

I really wish there was something we could do on the shipping. We have it set to the REAL shipping costs. A can weighs .78 lbs. So the shipping costs depends on the weight. So there isn't much we can do other that mark the price of the can as low as possible and put the shipping at our real cost. We did just add dhl global which is cheaper than ups. Might want to try a quote on it again to see what dhl would be.
