How about this. 750mg EPA/capsule + 250 DHA/capsule. And, it has an up-to-date IFOS report.

Check out www.omegavia.com. I haven't found any product as concentrated per softgel and they have their purity reports available.

What if you just take a extra fish oil pill or two?

 

Yeah, totally.

You can if you want.

 

But, in certain cases, if you were to take two pills, then it would cost more. You would have 30 less if you took an extra one each month. Or you could just take

 

I'M NOT SAYING THAT LIQUID VERSIONS overall are anyway better than capsules, BUT if you have lets say the exact same product, and you can take either liquid or capsule, then you may get more out of it if you take the liquid.
