So I ordered this off AB and found it extremely potent on the first dose (2 pills 50 mg each) in the AM. I basically felt like I was on adderall or ritalin without the side effects. And I mean I had like zero side effects. I was able to get away with sleeping 4 hours as well and felt like I could have done 5 chapters of my calculus book in one day. I've never felt that way from anything. The first two days I took it I felt this way the ENTIRE time during those two days just off two 50mg pills per day.

Fast forward to the 3rd day and I am getting no effects at all. I even doubled the dose and nothing helped. All I can think about that has happened is that it depleted something. I cannot understand how tolerance would increase to the point of having no effects at all on day 3 even at double the dose - so I must think that it depleted something.

So I tried taking L-DOPA, phenylalanine, choline, low dose huperzine, B vitamins (in coenzyme form) tyrosine, adding serotonin with low dose prozac, adding gaba receptor agonism with low dose klonopin, and lowering prolactin/increasing dopamine activation with cabergoline. I even tried adding modafinil. Nothing helped. If anything I feel somewhat worse today on day 4, even after getting 2 full nights sleeps. Also added coral calcium pills and a multivitamin. I just don't get it. I've never seen a drug just go from having amazing effects to none at all. I would think if it depleted serotonin some 5-htp or prozac would help but neither helped. WTF?

But that one or two days where bromantane was working...oh my god - it was like the holy grail of smart drugs.

Any ideas on what possibly bromantane could have depleted?
