Hi all..great forum!

Anyway, heres my question. Which nootropic would you recommend if my specific goals are to think faster on my feet? For instance, I'll have a conversation with someone and realize about 5 minutes after we hung up all the things I could have said and countered that would have furthered my situation with them. In other words, its not the creativity to come up with these brilliant counters, but the mental reaction time used to deliver them with necessary timing. I dont know if its a mental processing/reaction time issue or one simply of anxiety and "freezing up" although I intuitively feel likes its the former. If theres a particular synergistic combination that would alleviate this and give me this particular edge Im looking for, feel free to list it--but please dont hit me with a huge $200 stack as I generally like to keep my supplementation to a minimum and stick with what i need for the bare essentials (this skill I want to perfect is considered a bare essential for me).

thanks for reading
-Jesse

That sounds like ADHD. Under pressure, stimulus, whatever, the brain tends to become foggy. I think most people will recommend piracetam and aniracetam. I'm really quite happy with my medication's impact there, dextroamphetamine, but that may not be the most healthy substance to take chronically at anything higher than a very low dose.

A blend of Theanine 250-500 mg and Pyritinol 600-1,000 mg can work well.

I think this may occur to an extent in everyone. We can all thing of what we could have said to further our point after the fact because of the added time, lack of pressure. If you seriously cannot think of how you could have performed better in a discussion when reflecting, now that is a sign of a sick mind.
