I have not been keeping up to date with current probiotic supplements,
but in the past many of the brands that I have tried have caused either bloating and/or constipation

Could somebody please suggest me currently the best probiotic to try that causes absolute minimal digestive disturbances, and I guess it being enterically coated is a must as well..

Thank you very much, because I can Not keep consuming dairy from time to time, it is a nightmare :(

Bloat/digestive issues are very common from FructoOligoSaccharides (FOS). These are prebiotics, but they might show up in some probiotic blends. There might be other things that are causing you problems, but this is something to watch out for.

I personally use http://www.jarrow.co...ro-Dophilus_EPS and it's working well for me. Helped me go through some serious gastro intestinal issues.

I also recommend Jarro-Dophilus. I had no adverse reactions from that. Also, there's Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics, Original Formula.

The kinds I have used and liked are:

VSL #3 DS. Some insurances cover this, so if you have a doctor willing to write a script(especially at a full dose of 4 sachets/daily), you can get like a year's worth for a single copay. That assumes a partial dose daily, but at 900 billion bacteria/sachet, I'd think most would take a partial dose. It's a powder, so not coated.

Culturelle, no bad issues, but it's a little expensive for one strain. Again, not coated.

Enzymatic Therapy Pearls, again, just 1-2 strains, but had a coupon so got it really cheap. But no unusual issues from it. Enteric coated, tiny pills.

Jarrow ultra dophilus, the strongest one on the market as far as I know.

Yes, Jarrow is the strongest available... Is should be kept refrigerated.
It has higher price but is stronger in comparison to other product.

You can find it here with still nice price:

The "Dragon's Blood" Cocktail is a downright delicious probiotic beverage that you'll want to try to fortify your gut and immune health. This is one of the tastiest things I've ever had the pleasure of sipping! Try it and keep your gut microbiome happy...
