I have not been keeping up to date with current probiotic supplements,
but in the past many of the brands that I have tried have caused either bloating and/or constipation
Could somebody please suggest me currently the best probiotic to try that causes absolute minimal digestive disturbances, and I guess it being enterically coated is a must as well..
Thank you very much, because I can Not keep consuming dairy from time to time, it is a nightmare :(
