In your creation heaven did decree
That in your arms sweet death should dwell

Deep Silent Complete
Black velvet sea
The sirens are calling for me

Saved my soul thinking "This song`s a lie"
Sand on the shore is so dry

Deep Silent Complete
Black velvet sea
Brave day sinking in endless night

The age will say "This poet lies"
Heaven never touched earthly face
The age will say "This night was ours"
Blessed with the Deep
The Silent the Complete

Beautiful indeed my friend;

Yeah, beautiful indeed.

I must hear it, I've heard only Sleeping Sun by Nightwish, loved it.

Yours truthfully

Pretty damn good song! But of course they aren't an immortalist band.... they sing stuff like 'Dead Boy's Song', and just look at the lyrics to the whole Century Child album.....

Well stormheller, I am into Metal, and most of the songs I listen to are not about butterflies... [lol] oh well unless if you include the song Minus by In Flames which have

.....I leave you negative behind, watch me all in flames, on a butterfly I ride...

What I'm saying is, you don't have to be deathist to listen to Metal or songs with evil lyrics (have you seen Cradle of Filth's lyrics? I listen to them too........).

For as long as the lyrics are deep and beautiful, I will like them.

Century Child album

You're right, I find lots of it quite meaningless. But for that voice and music I will even indoctrinate myself with Christian lyrics, sometimes ;-)
