Hey gang, I've been on the forums for a while but just made an account. This is my review of the l-theanine and phenylpiracetam (carphedron) stack from Liftmode.
After realizing that 800mg of caffeine a day might be a bad thing, I decided to look into some nootropics while concurrently lowering my caffeine intake. This semester I was struggling with a heavy courseload so I looked into some nootropics to improve my ability to intake vast amounts of material at one time.
I read that phenylpiracetam was more effective than piracetam and increased endurance, focus, etc. so I purchased carphedron from Liftmode and l-theanine. The last three days I've been taking 100mg of carphedron and 200 mg of l-theanine twice a day.
I can confirm all the positive benefits of phenylpiracetam and l-theanine. I'm much more focused, rational, and confident. It's fantastic stuff. My workouts are even better--especially when carphedron and caffeine are in my system.
However, I'm worried about the long-term effects of phenylpiracetam. When should I discontinue/re-continue use of it? I don't want to damage my neurotransmitters or dopamine receptors.
