Clenbuterol 50 mcg
"Clenbuterol's effects on skeletal muscle are that it is able to induce growth[13][14][15], alleviate breakdown[16], and accelerate recovery of strength post-injury.[17][18] The muscle preservation effects are also retained when a caloric deficit of 50% is used for a prolonged period of time, but is not seen in periods of absolute fasting.[19]

One study on swine noted an increase in the size of muscle fiber cells as well with clenbuterol administration.[20]" (Examine.com)

Clomid 25mg

"A modest dose of the fertility drug Clomid can help men with low testosterone levels and low sex drive. Researchers at the Centro de Andrologia e Urologia in Porto Alegre, Brazil came to this conclusion after studying 125 hypogonadal men." (ergo-log)

EGCG 400mg 2x daily

Green tea catechins, via inhibition of the COMT enzyme[151], can increase the half-life of adrenaline and noradrenaline which are induced by both Caffeine and Ephedrine.[152][153] This increased AUC (Area under curve) of adrenaline confers a greater ability to burn fat, and can provide a large amount of neural stimulation at a lower overall dose of either caffeine/ephedrine or green tea. (Examine)

Caffeine 160mg 2x daily

The cumulative fat burning synergism between the two compounds may be around 64% more than the expected additive value,[330] which comes out to a doubling of the effects of ephedrine in isolation (ie. caffeine in addition to the synergism is just as potent as ephedrine in isolation).[331] The combination increases adrenaline much greater than either compound alone, and possible benefits (stimulant effects and appetite suppression) or drawbacks are increased with any effect mediated by adrenaline.[332] (Examine)
Green bean coffee extract 1200 mg
In mice, 0.5-1% of the diet as Green Coffee bean extract is able to reduce body weight gain in mice while both isolated Caffeine and Chlorogenic Acid showed a trend to do so.[11]

Grape Seed Extract 705 mg
One animal intervention using 0.5% and 1% GSE in conjunction with a high fat/fructose diet in rats noted that while the diet per se was able to decrease circulating adiponectin (60% of control), that consumption of the two doses of GSE normalized adiponectin to 86.6% and 80.3% of control respectively. [55] ... Also observed in this study was increased activity of Akt and GLUT4 in skeletal muscle, and increased mRNA levels of both adiponectin and its receptor (AdipoR1) and acted to normalized the AMPKα1 mRNA levels.[55] (Examine)
Creatine Monophosphate 5,000 mg
Creatine supplementation can also increase muscle fiber size independent of protein synthesis, as increasing water content in muscle cells increases their diameter. After 20g creatine was ingested (alongside dextrose at a 1:7.5 ratio) type I, IIa and IIx fibers increased in diameter by 9, 5, and 4% respectively.[379]

This cellular influx may also decrease protein oxidation rates, which leads to increases in nitrogen balance and indirectly increases muscle mass.[380] This lowering of protein oxidation is from signalling changes vicariously through cell swelling[381][382] and appears to upregulate 216 genes[379] in a range of 1.3 to 5-fold increases, with the largest increase seen in the protein involved in satellite cell recruitment, sphingosine kinase-1. Most importantly for muscle hypertrophy, the protein content of PKBa/Akt1, p38 MAPK, and ERK6 increased 2.8+/-1.2 fold.[379] Sixty-nine genes are also downregulated after creatine supplementation, to less notable degrees. (Examine)

Coq10 200mg
CoQ10 is known to be an independent risk factor for the disease progression of coronary heart disease,[110] lower in ethnic groups that have higher cardiovascular disease rates,[111] and due to its interactions at the level of the cardiac tissue (and ability to reduce myocardial remodelling following injury in rats[112]) supplementation is thought to be protective.[113][114]

Over the short term, 28 days of CoQ10 supplementation in persons with acute myocardial infarction is associated with better left ventricle function and reduced angina pectoris and arrythmia than placebo[115] and prolonged usage of CoQ10 by persons who suffered myocardial infarction (120mg) was associated with lower amounts of cardiac incidents with CoQ10 (25.3% of persons experiencing a cardiac incident) outperforming placebo (45%; B-vitamin complex).[116] (Examine)

Niacin 1000 mg
Niacin is the oldest lipid lowering drug with unique anti atherosclerotic property. It reduces traditional parameters such as low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C), and triglycerides (TG), but effectively increases high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL).[16] Despite the importance of other cardiovascular risk factors, high HDL correlated to lower cardiovascular event independent of LDL reduction.[17][18] Other effects include anti-thrombotic and vascular inflammation, improving endothelial function, and plaque stability.[19] Niacin alone[20] or in combination with other lipid lowering agents such as statin[21] or ezetimibe[22] significantly reduces risk of cardiovascular disease and arthrosclerosis progression.[23] (WIKI)

Aspirin 81-162.5 mg
Low-dose, long-term aspirin use irreversibly blocks the formation of thromboxane A2 in platelets, producing an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation. This antithrombotic property makes aspirin useful for reducing the incidence of heart attacks.[112] 40 mg of aspirin a day is able to inhibit a large proportion of maximum thromboxane A2 release provoked acutely, (WIKI)

Yohimbine 4mg 2x daily alpha 2 adrenic agonist
Tumeric 2g w/ 200mg black pepper http://www.ergo-log.com/turmeric.html Anabolic and anticatabolic and strong fat burner

Diphenhydramine (Benadyrl) 50-75mg antihistamine stabilizes the phospholipid cell prevent beta 2 and 3 adrenic down regulation.
Tenex 2mg alpha 2 antagonist

obviously this isn't safe and no one should consume this. This is purely for educational purposes of a case study of what I am personally doing.

Yohimbine can be quite dangerous, similar to Ephedrine. Clenbuterol is the same mode of action, also can get dangerous.
Cafeine is also alpha-adrenergic and Benadryl too.

Taking 4 alfa-sympathicomimetic drugs together might mean a visit to a heart ward or worse, OR. It's quite insane even with medical supervision.

I lived so far. Anyway I gained like 40 pounds I went from 145 to 188 pounds. So, I am pretty happy. Although you can really feel the adrenaline so I can tell this isn't safe.

Fat burning is from behavioral modification. Going into a calorie deficit needs behavioral change. Appetite suppresant effects of a bunch of drugs, supplements can help a little about this. But if you are not in caloric deficit you aint gonna lose any fat.

Looking for a magic pill is completly waste of your time/money unless you are taking dnp, usnic acid and die or absorbtion blockers and get serious nutritional deffiencies.

Extra deficit you are getting from that unnecessary stack is not gonna go beyong a couple hundred calories. Just eat less calories. gain some muscle,do some cardio.   Going full tremor, anxiety, agressive mode for this kind of tiny little advantage is idiotic.

If you want to mantain your strength/muscle while doing excessive amounts of cardio like athletes it can help. But trust me you dont need all this crap. This kind of aproach is allways gonna make it worse. Why ? because you are focusing on what is not gonna work(magic pills) and you are neglecting what really works (a fcking calorie deficit).

The working formula is simple: ketodiet + metabolism boosters like coffee, selegiline, amphetamins because ketodiet or any other diet slows down metabolism. Anabolics to boost muscle growth as well. For example vit c.
