25 male 5'8 175lbs
family history of stroke
no other family history

No current or past health condition
No Surgery performed
No Medication
Last blood work and physical panel showed all normal.

Excercise regularly (cardio 4x a week, strength training 4x week)
Current supplements

Goal: General health, longevity

Ashwaganda 200mg 2x
Bacopa 200mg 2x
Green tea extort 400mg 2x

DMAE 200mg 2x
Choline 250mg 2x
Piracetam 1,200mg 2x
Acetyl-L-Carnitine 1000mg 2x
Benfotiamine 150mg 2x
Alpha Lipoic Acid 200mg 2x
Resveratrol
Ginko Biloba 120mg 2x
Vinpocetine 5mg 2x

Vitamin D 400iu 2x
Calcium 500mg 2x
VitaminB-complex
Fishoil 2000mg 1x
Vitamin C 1000mg 1x
Zinc 50mg 1x
Magnesium 200mg 2x

I am also contemplating adding K2.

Hey GT,

how do you feel on this stack?
How do you fit in so much exercise every week? Do you combine strength training with cardio?

What do you take Vinpocetine and Aspirin for?

You might want to lower your Zinc dose every now and then so you don't take too much. I think half the amount you are taking is enough.

I hear a lot of issues people are having with Piracetam and other noots many times being related to excessive choline intake in its various forms. I would personally ditch the choline and probably also the DMAE. Your Piracetam dose is pretty low, if you experience headaches then eating an egg or two in the evening and maybe adding more fishoil would help. Also your ALCAR dose is very large, consider cutting it in half.

What do you mean how do i fit so much excercise a week? 4 days a week I do an hour worth of strength training, 4 days I do about 45mins of cardio. On friday they cardio and strength training overlap.

I made a mistake; zinc dose is 30mg 1x.

I am not sure why I should stop taking DMAE and Choline. I never get headaches.

I feel fine on all the supplements.
