Hi.

I've done some testing with supplements in order to increase concentration and memory. Some supplements that I've tried has had a great effect. However, some of the others
is supposed to work according to research papers etc, but when I try them I don't really feel too increase in concentration and memory. This is the case for supplements such as Beta Caroten and CoQ10.

But they still might work. Even thought its not that much, they will still help a little bit.
So how can I can be sure that they're working for me? Is there a systematic way to test supplements avilable?

Thanks for input on this one :)

THis is actually an excellent idea you have, additionally a system for reporting to others could also prove useful.

On a forum like this it may actually be possible to find a handful of such dedicated people, I don't plan on staying here very long though but I noticed many here seem to be permanent fixtures so perhaps they could get in on devising such a protocol and creating a READ FIRST sticky or something suggesting a streamlined one-size-fits-all method for reporting personal findings. There are plenty of ppl here who have more dedication to try substance XYZ... I tend to read first then try once I compiled enough evidence.
