What a waste of time this organisation is.
It should be disbanded and the UN economic policy unit take over it role, saving much money.
Its web site looks like a madman made it.

It doesn't have to make a profit to survive so can loaf around emailing on 3 hour lunches at enormous salaries.
Google would go bust overnight if their websites were like this (their rivals did)
