Im prescribed 10mg Adderall IR twice a day. I've tried to cut them out and only use nootropics, but if i dont take my adderall i just want to sit in bed all day. I love Pramiracetam, as it helps my memory a ton. I also have Sulbutiamine, but it doesn't really effect me much. I really want to try some Aniracetam because my social skills are awful. But since im prescribed Adderall, i don't want to kill my brain. Is it okay if i stack Adderall,Pramiracetam,Aniracetam,Choline? Or take out Pramiracetam and just use Adderall,Aniracetam,Choline? My memory is only okay, and i have anxiety but i don't want to go on meds for that, as they just make me tired.

Which one should i do? If any at all. Also, please feel free to throw in some other good stacks for Energy,Motivation,Memory,Focus. Id really appreciate it! I'd limit out Adderall, but it's the only thing that gets me to stay active all day long, and i haven't found any else yet that helps.

Thanks

Don't do this. I tried different racetams with dexamphetamine for a while and it definitely didn't feel very safe.

I've never experienced any actual bad thing happening on a stimulant/racetam combo. I usually take MPH, which is far safer than adderall, but still. I'm going to respectfully disagree with lourdaud and recommend that you DO try piracetam, and perhaps the other ones, with adderall. It's neuroprotective, so if anything it's more likely to fight the negative effects of adderall than increase them. If the combination is too strong, then take less adderall, which is the toxic part of the combination, not less of the racetams, which are the protective part.

But taking MPH with racetams is not the same thing as a taking adderall with racetams, is it? I can imagine piracetam and MPH working very well, but isn't one of the differences between amphetamine and MPH that the latter does not cause a massive release of glutamate?
Combine that with potentiation of glutamate receptors (piracetam) and there may be an increased risk for neurotoxicity/excitotoxicity and, perhaps even worse, further desensitization of glutamate receptors.

I'm just speculating here but in any case I'd caution against stacking amphetamine with racetams as you don't really know what you're gambling with.
Also, as I mentioned, I tried amphetamine with racetams (piractam, oxiracetam, aniracetam) for quite a while and during this time I often had burning/tingling sensations in my head.. That scared me off I can tell you.

I have read so many different things about this.. so i think im going to stay away from the whole racetam/adderall combo. The thing is when i get up for work my Adderall IR kicks in within 5-10 minutes, and im off to start my day with great energy. I haven't been able to find a nootropic stack that can do anything like this for me. But i'm looking for a combo because adderall makes me a zombie, and im a part owner of my family business and i have a bit of anxiety, so the adderall isn't helping with that. I've been wanting to try Aniracetam badly for that.

How bad is your ADHD? You may want to try modafinil and/or bupropion instead.
And check out tDCS! Puts me in the zone instantly, especially when I'm on a stimulant.

I've never seen any actual scientific reports about Piracetam being a negative with Adderall. Though MPH and piracetam would seem safer overall.

I dont have the Hyper Activity part. I just dont have much motivation or drive/energy. that's where adderall helps me. I also have social anxiety, and adderall doesn't help me with that at all. I have at hand Pramiracetam and Sulbutiamine. Im thinking of buying modafinil, but im not sure whos a good supplier of it (if you can provide me one). I also ordered Aniracetam,Oxiracetam,Phenylpiracetam and Citicoline. I have eggs every morning for breakfast so if i dont take my adderall and only take pramiracetam + sulbutiamine, i dont get any brain fog. When i do take a source of choline with the pram, i seem the get some bad brain fog. So i must be one of those who react better to pram and no choline. Im thinking of stacking Aniracetam+Pramiracetam+Citicoline (obviously would need it if im going to use two racetams)+Sulbutiamine and some caffeine. Or Pram+Ani+Citicoline + Modafinil. Or Adderall and .5 klonopin. Also Phenylpiracetam+Aniracetam or Oxiracetam? Since i ordered The Oxiracetam, i dont want to exactly waste it if its very beneficial. if someone could help me with a good stack that would be great! My main problems are Energy/Focus, Anxiety/Memory. I know that Phenyl is a great focus agent, and Oxi is great for memory, but i dont want to add in a third racetam, so maybe Phenyl+Oxi+.5 klonopin?

What sounds best here? Thanks!

So i ended up getting some Strattera by my doctor instead, took it day one and i felt amazing on it. Gave me a nice clean focus/energy and lowered my anxiety. I took it with some Pramiracetam and Sulbutiamine and i only had 1 hour of sleep last night but somehow it felt like i got a 12 hour nights rest ha. I ordered Modafinil, so im definitely going to try that. But If this Strattera continues to stack well with Racetams, we got a winner.

Only problem is you probably won't feel that great after a while. Strattera should continue to work for your ADHD though. Also stacks very well with modafinil.

Wow, I'm glad Strattera is working for you so far. I don't think I ever noticed a thing from it.

I know, my body doesn't just doesn't react very well to stims. I've tried vyvanse, addy and concerta, all have made me somewhat crazy while on them or gave me terrible stomach problems.

Finally decided to just go with my doctors opinion with the Strattera even after reading for a lot of people it didn't help, and sure enough it has been doing very well for me. Stacking it with some pramiracetam and sulbutiamine and my days feel fantastic. Happy i found something that works for my ADD
