I just found out I have to take a certification test for work. It's about 1,300 pages of material I have to tear through and take the test by June 29th, which is less than 2 weeks from now. I'm going to have to pull out all the stops to make this one happen. The test is Apple hardware and Mac OS certification.

I need to be able to retain information that I'm going to be doing little better than skimming through. So I need:

1. Focus
2. Motivation
3. Memory retention
4. Energy
5. The ability to reason through different scenarios
6. The ability to think quickly

Right now I'm taking Piracetam, ALCAR, Rhodiola Rosea, Alpha GPC, Ginkgo, Vinpocetine, Huperzine A, Idebenone, Bacopa and L-Theanine.

I'm thinking of adding Galantamine, Ashwagandha and maybe Oxiracetam or Pramiracetam. Aniracetam has some side effects for me unfortunately, mostly headaches and fatigue. I need as much help as I can get in this short period that I have to study and pass this test. Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what I can do in addition or what I might take differently? I forgot to add that I have to work 50 hours a week up until I take the test too, so my study time is short as well.

Thanks so much for any help.

Galantamine worked exceptionally well for me the first few weeks of use so now would be a great time to reap the best it can offer. Pramiracetam's motivational effects would be similarly helpful for this short period, from what I've read (no pers. exp.). Your regimen seems bitchin' as is, though. Ashwaghanda tea before bed seems like a goody, too.
In my experience Theanine makes me a little "drifty"... it *might* be a good time to lay off of it for increased focus/retention, but then this period will be rather stressful for you. It's all up to you.

Hello Charisma,

Assuming that this stack works positively for you, it will be probably best to stick with your current stack. Changing your stack could work out negatively for you, and you can not afford it to waste precious time.

I would suggest to study hard, but in a methodical and relaxed way. Also, what you really need these upcoming two weeks is confidence in yourself.

Good luck with your certification test.
